Preparoo is an educational platform designed to help candidates prepare for competitive examinations including the CFA, CAT, CUET, and IPMAT. Our services include study materials, practice questions, mock exams, and other learning resources. The platform is intended for educational purposes only and does not guarantee any specific exam results.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free Tier. Preparoo offers a free tier that provides access to select mock exams, practice questions, flashcards, and study notes at no cost. We encourage all users to explore the free tier before making a purchase to ensure the platform meets their needs.
Paid Plans. Paid plans are available as a one-time payment. Upon successful payment, access to the purchased plan is granted immediately.
Refunds. You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, provided you have consumed less than 20% of the paid content (measured by study notes viewed, flashcards reviewed, and practice questions attempted). After the 7-day window, or once the consumption threshold is exceeded, purchases are considered final. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Preparoo does not store your payment card details. If a payment is deducted but access is not granted due to a technical failure, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Pricing. Preparoo reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect existing purchases. We do not offer price matching, retroactive adjustments, or promotional credits for past purchases.
Access Duration. Paid plan access is valid for the next exam window relevant to the plan you purchased, as specified at checkout. If you do not pass, you may request an extension by contacting [email protected] with reasonable evidence of your exam result (e.g., CFA Institute result notification). Extension requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion. Access is not automatically extended.
Preparoo strives to maintain reliable access to the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily limits access. Preparoo shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from service interruptions.
All content on the Preparoo platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Preparoo or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent.
Preparoo is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any exam-conducting body, including but not limited to CFA Institute, IIM CAT Centre, the National Testing Agency (NTA), or any IIM. CFA®, Chartered Financial Analyst®, CAT, CUET, and IPMAT are trademarks of their respective owners. Our study materials are independently developed and are not endorsed or certified by any of these bodies.
The content provided on our platforms is for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or career advice. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content provided. Use of our platform does not guarantee success on any examination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preparoo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
